Rakeback and turnover

Rakeback ranges from 5% to 25%, with the highest rate associated with slots and mini-games. Its calculation is linked to turnover rather than simply net losses.

Cashback and rakeback use different bases. The programme’s qualifying activity, game contribution and maximum rewards determine the actual result. These concepts should be compared separately.

05 / Understand the maths

Cashback versus rakeback

Illustration A / Cashback

A percentage of net losses

With £100 of qualifying net losses and a 10% rate:

£100 × 10% = £10

The starting loss remains £100. A £10 reward does not turn it into a profit.

Illustration B / Turnover reward

A different calculation base

If a hypothetical scheme paid 5% of £100 qualifying turnover:

£100 × 5% = £5

An arithmetic example only. The actual reward base, game contribution and caps depend on the programme rules.

06 / Level benefits

Rewards and withdrawal limits

The level rewards are £750 at level 2, £1,500 at level 3 and £2,500 at level 4. A personal manager is available at the highest VIP status.

The standard monthly withdrawal limit is £15,000. Higher VIP levels can have limits up to £25,000 a month. The applicable tier and account limit must be checked separately; the higher amount does not apply to every account.

Tournament information

FreshBet holds monthly tournaments with prize pools up to £25,000, including popular slots. Entry requirements, eligible games, scoring and prize distribution depend on each event’s rules.

Understand the programme details

Tier progression

The five levels are Fresh, FreshElite, FreshPro, FreshMaster and FreshKing. Specific points thresholds are not supplied here and should not be assumed.

Reward eligibility

A level reward may have its own qualification and use rules. Its headline amount alone does not establish whether it is withdrawable cash.

Cashback conditions

The rate and qualifying losses determine the calculation. Review exclusions, award caps and any wagering requirement attached to the reward.

Rakeback calculation

Turnover is the total amount staked; net losses are a different measure. Confirm the qualifying calculation base and game contribution before applying a headline rate.

Maximum rewards

A percentage and a maximum reward are separate conditions. Individual programme caps are not specified here.

Tournament restrictions

Read the rules for eligible games, dates, scoring, minimum participation and how any tied positions are handled.
